Dear ABRFers

I second Mark Crankshaw's request -- I too believe that as much information
as possible should be transmitted across the forum.

As a representative of a commercial vendor I do understand that once in a
while direct answers are necessary -- also to avoid plugging one's products.
But I always try to pass the general part of my response through the forum
and provide information that could be considered commercial directly to the
person who listed the question.

Regards; Jean-Pierre
