Just click on the link "Keratin and Trypsin Table."

This is a very comprehesive list of trypsin and keratin contaminants found
during ms analysis. The table was compiled by M. Mann's group. You can
also read their ASMS abstract on this subject. We have found this table
incredibly useful.
