e-mail viruses

Dear All,

Given the recent outbreak of e-mail viruses, it would seem
appropriate not to send attachments with e-mail. The viruses
recently written with Microsoft's scripting language are extremely
easy to create and modify. Anyone could easily modify the recent
"I Love You" virus to use any subject line from an e-mail and send
it along to hundreds of people. Thus, you think you would be
getting an e-mail from someone you knew and it would be of a
recent subject of discussion.

I suggest that if you wish to send information from a document,
copy and paste the text into the e-mail. Otherwise, send it to only
the party of interest, not the whole discussion group.

Regards,
Damon
