Dear All,

We are/I am struggling with getting a PC or Mac set-up to analyse 2D gels. We will be utilizing PDQuest.

Does anyone know if either the Mac or PC version of PDQuest has any problems? Is one computing system superior to the other for the 2D gel analysis and for 2D gel databases?
