I have not used it, but asparaginylendopeptidase is sold by TaKaRa
Biochemical. Panvera (www.panvera.com) is a supplier in the US, and I read
that Fisher also carries TaKaRa products. A 1992 brochure from TaKaRa lists
European distributors as ITC Biotechnology GmbH, Germany, and PBS-Orgenics,
France.

Fragmentation of proteins and peptides required for primary structure
analysis
Description
Asparaginylendopeptidase specifically cleaves peptide bonds on the carboxyl
side of asparagine residues of proteins and peptides. Glycosylated asparagine
residues are not cleaved. The enzyme is supplied with 5X Reaction Buffer [250
mM sodium acetate (pH 5.0), 50 mM DTT, 5 mM EDTA].
I'm curious to know how well this enzyme works.
