LCQ-deca high mass calibration

Has anyone tried to calibrate LCQ-deca at the extended mass range (m/z to
400amu)? I can calibrate the system with PEG (3,350) and each PEG peak is in 0.5
amu error range. But when I run real protein samples (from 20k to antibody
150k), the results from High Mass calibration indicates that the calibration is
off 2-3 amu at m/z around 3,000. The same samples give correct results at
normal calibration mode so I know it is not my sample problem. Can anyone have
explanation for this? Thank you for your help,
