I was asked this question I do not know the answer, can somebody help me?
"Our concerns for using PMSF/aprotinin was for protease protection, so they
would only be there in the storage solution. I came across some literature
from Roche/BM that said PMSF has occasionally blocked the amino terminus,
have you seen this as a problem. So, we were thinking of ditching the
PMSF/leupeptin mix for aprotinin instead to protect against proteases. Is
this compound okay? "
