I haven't used Betaine (haven't heard of it before). DMSO seems to work
(about 1 to 2 uL per 20uL reaction) and increasing the amount of template
(to say 1 ug).

Hello. I am having difficulty sequencing GC rich templates. I have a 373
with XL upgrade and use Big Terminator chemistry. I have heard of a product
called Betaine. Has anyone used it or does anyone have any other
suggestions?
