Has anyone had experience in the frequency of N-terminal blockage in
yeast expressed proteins- specifically, Cryptococcus, Pichia or
Saccharomyces?
I have not had any difficulties yet with Pichia or Saccharomyces and was
wondering if this could be extended to include Cryptococcus.
Thanks in advance,
