If the CD, fluorescence, or UV spectra of this peptide are sensitive to
concentration, you should be able to determine if you are forming dimer, trimer
etc. Of course, this assumes that you have a chromophore or fluorophor in your
peptide, and that this moiety is sensitive to conformational changes. Let me
