I am seeing a problem that I have never seen before in four years of
running gels on the 377. We are getting a compression of about 4
bases around 200 bases.
It is not the machine because we have two 377's and it shows up on both.
We have been using the Otter to pour our gels for over a year and we
are using the same spacers, combs and gel mix.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
