Hi there. Has anyone experience in comparing or evaluting the PE 3700 DNA
Analyzer (96 capillaries / 2 h run) with the PE 3100 DNA Analyzer (16
capillaries / 3 h run) and/or the Beckman CEQ (8 capillaries / 3 h run)?
Are there any performance issues to address when comparing them? Which
seems to be the better choice considering sample through-put, quality of
sequencing runs and consistancy of quality or successful runs? Any feedback
is highly appreciated. Thanks for your help.
