gentle elution buffer

Many thanks to those who responded (both privately and to the group) to my
question about "gentle elution buffer".

To summarize, the consensus seems to be that it is MgCl2, probably 3.6M at
pH 6.5, with probably ~20mM MES or PIPES to buffer. Also reported to be
compatible with TBS for dialysis/buffer exchange to get rid of the "mystery
buffer".

Thanks again folks - much appreciated.

Roger
