Hello All!

There was inquiry before about reusing membrane combs. For those of you
loading with these combs, do use a water loading method? I am asking
because we currently load with 20% ficol and TBE buffer. We have found that
the ficol stabilizes the DNA to the comb. So does anyone use this method
and reuse the combs? If so, I welcome any suggestions or comments.
