Derek,

I use a freeware product called m/z to view dta files and copy and paste
the peaks into MS-TAG. It works well.

You can get the software from www.proteometrics.com

Subject: MS: Running through Bioexplore results through MS-TAG

Hi All,

Has anyone had any luck trying to run results generated using ThermoQuest's
LCQ software through some of the other web-based MS tools e.g.MS-TAG . It
seems impossible to cut and paste the peaks in without having to spend
hours re-formatting them first. Are there any tricks I'm missing ?

I've already run the results through SEQUEST, I'm just trying to see how
they compare.
