Have anyone sequenced peptide containing alpha-Aminoisobutyric acid
(Aib) or 1,2,3,4 Tetrahydroisoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid(Tic)?
Are they sequencible with Edman Chemistry? If yes, where they elute?
