Dear All,
i need to analyze th econtents of a protein sample of ATP, ADP and
AMP. The seperation of the three nucleotides by ion-pair hplc is no
problem. But what is the best way to get the nucleotides out of the
nucleotide-binding protein and get rid of the protein as fast as possible
and with small amounts available only ?
Maybe some denaturating protein precipitation or ultrafiltration in the
presence of urea or something like that might help. Maybe some of you have
working protocols for this or similar problems !
Many thanks , Timm
