Is there software that calculates pIs of pyroglu-containing proteins?

I have asked about 5 people this question and have not had a positive answer! Also any opinions on which software calculates the "correct" pI? The same input sequence (and same SH oxidation state) gives pIs differing by as much as 1.2 units using different software!
