Dear ABRF'ers,
Can anyone confirm that either or both trypsin and endo-Lys-C can cut to the
C-terminal side of methylated lysine residues, and if there is any
difference between mono-, di-, and tri-methyl lysine? Comments and a
references most gratefully received! Thanks in advance.
