Pepsyn: H2O2

Dear friends:

We have a cyclic disulfide peptide that partially opens to the reduced
form when purified by prep RPLC on C18 in a water-MeCN-TFA system. We
are thinking of adding a little hydrogen peroxide (e.g., 0.2% (v/v) from
commercial 30 wt % solution) to the elution system to avoid this
problem, but were wondering about safety hazards. Does anyone know if it
is safe to run even such minute amounts of H2O2 through an LC pump? Has
anyone tried it? Thanks in advance for your help.
