Dear colleagues,
I need to quantify adenine content in the affinity media prepared using
aminopropylated Toyopearl HW65.
Adenosine was oxidized by sodium periodat and the aldehyde thus obtained
was attached via reductive amination (NaBH4) procedure.
The problem is to determine adenine in the presence of free amino and
imino groups.
I will be grateful for any advice and reference for literature
procedures.
