Hello,
We just bought an ABI 3700 and would like to be able to use the machine for
both sequencing and genotyping. One machine should be able to handle our
current throughput as long as we can switch back and forth efficiently. I
would love to hear from labs that are doing both sequencing and genotyping
on one machine. What are some of the pitfalls? Can you use either POP5 or
POP6? How long is the down time when you switch from genotyping to
sequencing. Thanks for your help.
