We get our pyroglutamate aminopeptidase from Pan Vera, Madison WI.
Cat # TAK 7334, phone 800-791-1400. We aliquot it and freeze at -80
when we use it the first time, and have had excellent results. (We
don't quantify however, just get sequencable protein from a blott).

Weather Inconsequential: Just back from a week of vacation in
Colorado. Watched Albert's squirrels, hummingbirds, mountain jays
and chipmunks on the deck of a cabin, and did a little rafting,
hiking and rock climbing. Back to the real (?) world......
