Sandie,

A good method for quantitating many samples is to use PicoGreen dsDNA
quantitation reagent. It's a very simple fluorescence-based method that is
set up for high throughput using a microplate reader. It's extremely
sensitive, so you don't end up wasting a lot of the sample.
