You might check with people at the Australian Proteome Analysis
Facility at <http://www.proteome.org.au/>. I know that they use TBP during
the equilibration step and that they use acrylamide as the alkylating agent
in the same solution as the TBP. However, I don't know how they will
affect or interact with your digest. APAF could probably answer your
questions since they do all aspects of proteomics. Hope this helps!
