Alex -
Many years and mergers ago, Ciba-Geigy used to give away a book with various
scientific tables to medical students. My wife gave me her copy (1975
edition). It's got 5 pages listing the major proteins and their
concentrations in plasma and serum: about 15 proteins in total. It also
lists their concentrations as a function of age, during pregnancy, etc. Let
me know if you want me to FAX you the relevant pages.

Does anyone know of a good reference to specific quantitative expression
levels of proteins in Serum?
