Hi Karen:
I'm using the 64 lane membrane combs (ficoll method) from the Gel Company for
sequencing, and I also include 1.5% of their lane tracker DET50 in my sample
dye. This produces a green spot strong enough to be picked up by the tracker,
but weak enough that it doesn't interfere with the other peaks. I have near
perfect tracking.
