Dear All,
I have a 431 Applied Biosystems synthesiser that I would like to modify to
perform HBTU based tBoc chemistry, preferably using the in situ
neutralisation chemistry developed by Kent, Alewood and collegues. Is
anyone able to send me the cycles (modules) needed, or know where they can
be obtained? Also, any additional advice in using this chemistry on the
431 would be useful. Thanks in advance.
