Dear All,
We have isolated and analyzed a tryptic peptide by Edman degradation
and MALDI. The peptide contain an internal Cys residue and this
residue has a Gly-Cys dipeptide added to the side chain (not
Cys-Gly). Is anyone aware of this modification in other plasma
proteins or other proteins in general. Thanks in advance.
