2nd Best Digestive Enzyme.

Hi

I believe "trypsin" is the best or most favourable enzyme to chop off the proteins.
What may be the 2nd best enzyme for peptide digestion? Peptide fragments will be applied to MALDI-TOF followed by digestion.

Here some candidates:

1. CNBr
2. Endoproteinase Arg C
3. Endoproteinase Asp N
4. Endoproteinase Lys C
5. V8 (D,E)
6. V8 (E)
