Hi everyone,
I am looking into getting a new microbore HPLC system to replace our UMA
instrument from Michrom. I want to use it exclusively for reverse-phase
purification of
peptides/proteins.
Apart from the SMART from Amersham Pharmacia Biotech and the MAGIC system
from Michrom I haven't heard of any other system available.
I would be very grateful if the protein/peptide purification specialists among
you could
let me know which system they use or would recommend.
