I have a question for those of you actively involved in peptide mapping.
I was considering buying the Waters HPLC pattern matching software after
seeing it demonstrated earlier in the year, but at present it is only
offered as an add-on to their Millenium software with a £1500 price tag.
Amongst those of you with Waters systems 1) do any of you have the software
and 2) how useful do you find it? I would be particularly interested to
hear from those of you using peptide maps in the characterisation of
biopharmaceuticals, as this would be my application.
