Re: trypsin activity in guanidine hydrochloride

I do not like to use guanidine,because it affects trypsin in more than one
way.I had some
success by denaturing in 6M guanidine,and then diluting about 10x,and
adjusting the pH,
prior to addition of trypsin.This method is not good if your sample is
small,and you end
up with a large final volume.
