re: tryptic digest; CORRECTION 8/23/2000
In my response to Ting Wong, I misstated the supplier of the trypsin I used. My message should have read:
"I've found that Promega Modified Trypsin is better than Boeringer Mannheim trypsin in producing more complete cleavages at sites with multiple basic residues."
