Hello All
Please can someone help me - I am trying to separate a DNA
digest into ~0-2kb, 2-5kb, 5-10kb and 10-25kb fractions. As
far as I can tell - being a person who generally works with
proteins and knows very little about handling DNA! - DNA
separation is only done by electrophoresis which would be
time consuming and awkward for my needs. Does anyone know
of a way of fractionating my digest using chromatography?
Any advice gratefully recieved.
