Dear ABRF'ers:

I am having a problem storing polypropylene 96 well plates at -80 C with membrane closures. Even though some of the manufactures say that the aluminum foil types will hold at these temperature we have had a major disaster with one brand every one of the seals peeled. We found that it was the closure and not the plate that was the problem. I would appreciate knowing what types of adhesive backed foil or plastic systems people find work.
