I have been using a Jupiter C18 by Phenomenex,21.2x250mm,10 micron
column. It is more retentive than other columns,
and I have been using the 4.6mm,10 mm and 21 mm with identical
programs,changing only the flow rates.
You can load 100 mg,but ,of course, you are going to have peaks a mile
tall, and you will have to do at least two runs to
get good stuff.

Subject: preparative RP column

Can anyone suggest preparative (22mm I.D.) RP columns for purification of
synthetic peptides. We'd like to be able to load upwards of 100mg per
separation. Thanks in advance

Michael
