check the listing of various conditions for Fmoc removal in Fields&Noble
review:
2 mM NaOH/25%MeOH-dioxane - 100% in c.a. 5 min

Tertiary amines will not do the job (too slow).
Piperidine is rather volatile. Why not?
If you do not want to deal with soluble Fm-Pip, try Me2NH or Et2NH,
which will precipitate white dibenzfulvene polymer. This may be more
practical.
