! M aqueous piperidine will remove the Fmoc group. If I ever
have to do this I leave the solution for 1hour but I think that this is
overkill. The best way to remove the bulk of the piperidine is to evaporate
the solution on a rotary evaporator (not too much heat) and, after diluting
with acetonitrile /water(20%), either lyophilize the solution or pump onto
a prep RP HPLC column and purify.
