Has anybody ever tried to get mass spec data on a sample that contains
Gelatin? We are using a Bruker Reflex III MALDI mass spec. When I use
Synapinic Acid with the sample, it turns yellow and becomes very viscous.
It appears that I am not getting any crystals. Any suggestions?
