Your first peptide contains an Asp - Gly sequence. You
could develop a problem with dehydration at this step. I
have found that by using FMOC-Asp(O-1-Ada)-OH and
FMOC-(FmocHmb)Gly-OH, both sold by Novabiochem, you can
suppress the formation of aspartamiide.
