We are currently using a very old and fast ailing Beckman 6300 amino acid
analyzer and would like to replace this system with a Hitachi L-8800 amino
acid analyzer. We would like to know what other lab's experiences have been
with the Hitachi system. We would prefer the standard ninhydrin method. We
appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
