My name is Paula Sahanggamu, I'm a college student majoring in Chemical Engineering in Indonesia. I am currently designing a chemical plant for my college degree. I'm trying to design a plant producing methionine. I've been looking everywhere for the data needed, but still can't find it. I'm looking for a methionine plant flowsheet. I was wondering maybe some of you can help me in this.
I'm also wondering if anybody knows of the fermentation process to produce methionine, the condition and the bacteria that can be used to conduct the fermentation process.
I really appreciate every help I can get.
