Hi,
I was wondering if anyone in this forum could help me. I'm staining a
SDS-page gel with a rapid silver staining method (does not use
glutaraldehyde) which has always given me good results. However, recently,
the bands are appearing very faint and when I've used thinner gels they
appear white!
Does anyone know why this is (reagent, quantities, etc...)? Is there a
solution for this problem?
