Is this a serious problem? How do you determine that you have
aggregation?Subunits can be help together by a
variety of forces, which will depend on the primary sequence of the
molecule.I had a peptide with a sequence related
to collagen, and,I never got a clean preparation. It is supposed to
aggregate.Heat may help ,or chaotropic
salts(perchlorate, guanidine, etc.),but there is no generalized solution.

Subject: agregation

I have an aggregation problem with a synthetic cyclic peptide of 15
aa. We want to purifie up to 95% by reverse phase-preparative
HPLC. Could someone help me?
Thank you in advance.
