trypsin on Lys next to Cys

Does anyone have any experience as to whether trypsin will cleave a lysine
that is adjacent to a cysteine that is participating in a disulfide
bond?....and I mean on either side of the Cys....that is, in the sequence
---K-C-K---, would either lysine be clipped?...
