One of my users has a question about immunoaffinity. She want to purify
collagen degradation peptides. Based on theoretical calculations she expect
about 1ug/ul conc of peptides and expect 100ul volume to pour over our
affinity column. How much collagen antibody do you think she will need for
her column? The quantity is ordered as 0.5mg ($250)packet or as 0.1mg ($90)
packet. Thanks.
