You could try NanoOrange protein quantitation reagent. This is a fluorogenic
method that is compatible with 100 mM DTT or b-ME. It is only compatible with
0.01% SDS, but since they assay is 100x more sensitive than Bradford, you can
probably dilute your sample enough to bring the SDS concentration down to that
level.
