Jose,
I just recieved some literature from Bio-Rad on a new reducing-agent
and detergent compatible protein assay. It is caled the RC DC protein
assay based on the Lowery protocol and claims to be compatible with
Laemmli sample bufer and a variety of reducing agents. I have not
tried it and therefore cannot comment on the reagents results. Maybe
there is more info at web page at discover.bio-rad.com.

Hi,
I want to quantify proteins in reducing environment
(65mM DTT) and SDS high concentration (1,0%). Could
anyone give me any suggestions? I've tried Bradford and
BCA methods unsuccessfully.
