Hello All;
We are attempting to buy a Q-Star from Applied Biosystems/MDS Sciex. Has
anyone purchased this machine? If so has anyone received this machine? We
have been confronted with numerous delays.
How well does this instrument work? Has it fulfilled your MS needs? We
would like to hear any positive or negative experiences that you have
encountered regarding software, customer support, instrument performance,
etc.
We are also considering Brukers's Reflex III MALDI-TOF as opposed to PE's
DE-STR. Any real life observations would be appreciated.
